What a reload is for
A reload adds a proportion of a later deposit as bonus balance. It exists to give a player who has already registered a reason to fund the account again, so it is smaller than a welcome offer and appears on a rhythm rather than once. The proportion is usually more modest, and in exchange the turnover multiple attached to it is often lighter, which sometimes makes a reload the better arithmetic of the two.
That trade is the reason to read a reload rather than to assume it. A small match at a light multiple can be far more clearable than a large match at a heavy one, and the comparison is a matter of a minute with a calculator using the method set out under wagering requirements.

The timing trap
A recurring offer trains a rhythm. Once a player knows a reload runs on a particular day, the deposit starts arriving on that day whether or not it was planned, and the promotion has quietly set the schedule of play. The defence is to decide the monthly budget first and let the offers fall where they fall inside it. A reload taken with money that was going to be deposited anyway is a genuine gain; a reload that produces an extra deposit is a cost dressed as a gain.
Practical points
- Check whether a reload can run while another bonus is still unreleased; usually it cannot, and it will queue.
- Note the minimum deposit before paying, since a payment a euro short of it simply does not qualify.

Slovenian context
Reloads are credited in euros and governed entirely by the operator's own terms. Cazeus holds no Slovenian concession, because an online concession can go only to a company established in Slovenia, which in practice leaves Loterija Slovenije and the Casino Portorož and HIT group. FURS supervises games of chance and blocks unlicensed domains without adjudicating disputes with foreign platforms, so a reversed reload is handled through the procedure under complaints and then through the regulator that licensed the operator.
